In this page we notice about perforated sheets with round holes.
We produce round holes perforated sheets of every kind in s/steel Aisi 304-316-321, mild steel, galvanized, aluminium, copper, brass, in standard size, at measure, perforated in zones, to drawing, in large and small quantities. On demand we can do special perforations.
When we do perforations, we have the technological limitation due to the so called "equal thickness": so i.e. sheets whose thickness is 1 mm., can be perforated with holes starting from a diameter of 1 mm. but not with holes of diameter lower than sheet's thickness (see not feasible area into table).
This well known limitation reppresents for he who makes of perforation his business, a great challenge: a few industries do have such products into their own catalogues.
GBS produces these sheets, also called "holes-as-thickness", starting from holes Ø 0,3 mm. on thickness 0,3 mm., we are not afraid of comparison in this field.

Holes are placed on vertex of equilateral triangle (at angles of 60º), they can be staggered parallel on long sides or short sides. Other kind of holes have disposition at 45° or 90°.
